Before You Arrive
Confirm your booking 24 hours before arrival. Keep your booking confirmation (digital or printed), a valid government ID, and the credit card used for booking readily accessible.
Documents Required
All hotels in India are legally required to collect a government-issued photo ID at check-in. Acceptable documents include Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, or Driver's License. International guests must present their passport.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out
Standard check-in is typically 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in before 10:00 AM may incur a charge equivalent to half a night's stay. Late check-out until 6:00 PM is often available for an additional fee.
What to Check on Arrival
Inspect the room before unpacking — check air conditioning, hot water, TV, and Wi-Fi. Report any issues immediately to the front desk for a prompt resolution or room change.
